Resolution No. (298) (1/2021), By The Board of Iftaa', Researches and Islamic Studies:

"Demolishing an Old Praying Place to Replace it with New One"

Date: (14th of Jumada Al-Akhirah, 1442AH), corresponding to (28/1/2021AD).

In its 1st meeting held on the above date, the Board of Iftaa` reviewed the letter No.4/2/3/9928 sent from His Excellency, the Minister of Awqaf, Holy Sites and Islamic Affairs Dr.Mohammad Al-Khalayleh. It stated as follows: We would like your Excellency to clarify the ruling of demolishing a praying place which is built on a part of an endowed land No. (81/Southern Quarter/Al-Mafraq), due to the fact that it is an old building and a new one is to be built instead on a different part of the same land, as it was donated unconditionally in the first place intended as a public endowment. Besides, the old one won't be demolished save after the new praying place is built in order to observe the purpose for which the land was endowed as well to invest the land itself. Is it permissible to offer Tahajjud prayer after Witr prayer?

It is permissible to offer voluntary prayer after Witr (An odd number prayer performed between Isha and Fajr) prayer. However, it is desirable that the night prayer be ended with Witr. Therefore, it is desirable for one, who thought that he was most probably going to wake up at night in order to offer Tahajjud, to offer Witr after it, but one, who fears that he might not wake up, should offer Witr before going to bed.

My husband told me that he concluded our marriage with a fake name that belongs to another person, because he was sentenced. Nowadays, he recieved an ID, passport and birth certificate with the his current name. What is the ruling on being married to him?

Praise be to Allah, The Lord of The Worlds, and may His peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all of his family and companions.  As regards being married to the person mentioned in your question: The marriage is valid so long as he was the same person your guardian concluded the marriage with, even if he changed his name i.e. if your marriage contract was concluded with the same person, since what counts regarding marriage is the persons not names. And Allah Knows Best.

 

Should missed Sunnah prayer be made up?

Making up missed voluntary acts of worship is from Sunnah.

Is it permissible to have sexual intercourse with pregnant wife? 

All perfect praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad, sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.
There is no sin in having sex with one`s pregnant wife as long as there is no medical condition preventing her from that. And Allah The Almighty Knows Best.
