• Is it allowed for me to donate a flat to each of my children except one considering that the tuition fees I paid for the latter`s university study are equal to the price of the flat? In other words, he has received his share and this is why I`m donating a flat to my other children?

• Is prayer mandatory on a dying person who goes through a state of unconsciousness , then wakes up ?
If he wakes up, and is conscious, then he should pray the way he could, but if he isn`t conscious, then he is exempt from prayer as Allah says in this regard: “On no soul doth God Place a burden greater than it can bear.”{Al-Baqarah/286}.
• Is it permissible for a person to give the Zakah(obligatory charity) to his daughter-in-law?
Yes, it is permissible for a person to give the Zakah to his daughter-in-law if she was poor, and wasn`t provided for sufficiently by whomever is obliged to provide for her.
• : One person prays in a certain spot of the mosque, and gets angry if someone else prayed there; what is the ruling ?
Prophet Mohammad(PBUH) prohibited a Muslim from reserving a certain spot in the mosque when performing prayers, and it is the religious duty of other Muslims to advise this person that whoever takes a spot first is the one worthiest of it.
