Resolution No. (298) (1/2021), By The Board of Iftaa', Researches and Islamic Studies:

"Demolishing an Old Praying Place to Replace it with New One"

Date: (14th of Jumada Al-Akhirah, 1442AH), corresponding to (28/1/2021AD).

In its 1st meeting held on the above date, the Board of Iftaa` reviewed the letter No.4/2/3/9928 sent from His Excellency, the Minister of Awqaf, Holy Sites and Islamic Affairs Dr.Mohammad Al-Khalayleh. It stated as follows: We would like your Excellency to clarify the ruling of demolishing a praying place which is built on a part of an endowed land No. (81/Southern Quarter/Al-Mafraq), due to the fact that it is an old building and a new one is to be built instead on a different part of the same land, as it was donated unconditionally in the first place intended as a public endowment. Besides, the old one won't be demolished save after the new praying place is built in order to observe the purpose for which the land was endowed as well to invest the land itself. Is it enough to say Tasbeeh (Saying Subhaana Rabbiya Al-‘Atheem during Rukoo`, and saying Subhaana Rabbiya Al-A‘laa during Sujood ) once, or twice during Rukoo`(Bowing in prayer) and Sujood (Prostration)?

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of The Worlds                                                                                                                                                                  Yes, saying Tasbeeh once during Rukoo` and Sujood is enough, provided that the worshiper`s attentiveness of the heart isn`t undermined during each. As regards the recompense, it depends on the number of Tasbeeh. And Allah Knows Best.

If someone delays making up fasts for a year, can they give fidyah before performing qada?

Yes, it is permissible to give fidyah before making up the missed fasts (qada), because each is an independent obligation, and there is no required order between them. 

Is fasting obligatory for a child?

Fasting is not obligatory for a child until they reach puberty. Puberty is determined by well-known signs, the most common of which are: nocturnal emission (for both males and females), menstruation (for females), or reaching the age of fifteen lunar years.
A guardian must instruct their children to fast once they reach the age of discernment, which is around seven years old, if they are capable of fasting.

What is the ruling on the ablution of one from whom blood exits from his nose or a wound?

Blood flowing from a wound or a nosebleed does not invalidate ablution. However, performing ablution is recommended to avoid scholarly disagreement with those who make ablution obligatory after blood flows. And Allah the Almighty knows best.
