"Leadership and excellence in fatwa-making and rigorous Islamic research"

 

Department`s Message:

" Conveying the message of Allah Almighty by clarifying the  rulings of Sharia, establishing the concept of an Islamic jurisprudential authority based on moderation and balance and founded on the recognized schools of Islamic jurisprudence (Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi'i, and Hanbali), and calling upon people to act according to these schools."

All praise is due to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon our master the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.
It is obligatory upon a Muslim to uphold honesty in both his words and his actions. Allah the Almighty says {what means}: "O you who have believed, do not betray Allah and the Messenger or betray your trusts while you know." [Al-Anfāl/ 27] And He says {what means}: "O you who have believed, fear Allah and be with the truthful." [Al-Tawbah/ 119]. And the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever deceives us is not of us." (Reported by al-Bukhārī.)
As for creating a new account for the same buyer, the terms and conditions of the website must be observed and respected. If doing so violates those terms, it is not permissible. And Allah the Almighty knows best.

Is it permissible to sleep after the time of the Fajr prayer has begun, with the intention of waking up shortly afterward?

If a person sleeps after the time of Fajr has begun, with the second adhān, then sleeping is forbidden (ḥarām) at that point, unless he is certain that he will wake up and perform the prayer within its time. And Allah Almighty knows best.

Is the father a Mahram (Non-marriageable) to his son`s mother-in-law?

The father is a non-Mahram (Marriageable) to his son`s mother-in-law, so it is impermissible for them to look at each other, or to have a seclusion (Khalwah).

Does passing wind from the anus affect ritual purity?

Ablution is nullified by the passing of wind from the anus, but washing the anus is not required as wind leaves no impurity.
