What is the ruling o associations (Whereas a person who have money buys a commodity for a person and and gets a profit on it)?
It is permissible for a person to buy a commodity for someone's else and have a profit/loss on it
I suffer from chronic asthma which requires ventoline inhale; which is an air causes the risperatory track/airways to expand. Am I permited to use it during the daylight of Ramadan? And does break one's fast? Noting that I can't go an entire day without using it?
Taking inhaler through the mouth or the nose breaks one's fast, because it is meant to reach the lungs which are part of the coelom. Therefore, whosoever use inhalers for couple of days is obliged to preserve his fasting and make up that day later. As for the ones the ones who need to use it every days are obliged to preserve his fast and feed a poor per day and the cost of feeding one poor is estimated (60) piasters for the year (1421AH). What is the ruling on reciting the Chapter after Al-Faatihah , and what should a worshiper who forgets it do?
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of The Worlds. Any other part of Qur'an that a worshiper reads after Al-Faatihah during the first and the second Rak`ahs is a Sunnah, and forgetting to do so doesn`t nullify prayer, and doesn`t require performing Sujood As-Sahw (prostration of forgetfulness). Is prayer nullified by nose bleed?
All praise be to Allah, The Lord of The Worlds. Blood coming out of the nose, or a wound doesn`t nullify prayer regardless of its quantity. And Allah Knows Best.
