Do wounds and bleeding during the day in Ramadan break the fast?
If a wound results in something entering the body cavity (jauf), such as blood or an external object, then the fast is invalidated.
However, external wounds and bleeding do not break the fast, unless they cause something to enter the body cavity.
Someone wiped over his shoes after wearing them in a state of purity, then took them off and prayed without them?
Ablution is not invalidated by taking off leather socks or shoes after wiping over them. However, whoever takes them off after wiping must wash his feet only. If he prayed without washing his feet, he must wash his feet and repeat the prayer. And Allah the Almighty knows best.

There are also specific individual excuses, such as: illness that makes walking as difficult as walking in the rain, severe drowsiness, evident hunger or thirst, the suppression of bodily wastes (urine, stool, or gas), and fear for one's life, limb, physical faculty, wealth, or honor, among other valid excuses. What is the ruling on mentioning Allah`s name upon slaughtering an animal?

It is Sunnah for the slaughterer to say at the time of sacrificing the Udhiyah: (Bismillah - In the name of Allah); due to the saying of the Almighty: "So eat of that [meat] upon which the name of Allah has been mentioned" [Al-An'am/118]. It is not obligatory; if one leaves it out intentionally or forgetfully, the consumption of the meat remains permissible. And Allah the Almighty knows best.
