• Does ill-gotten money hinder the answering of the Du`a(supplication) and the means of subsistence?
Sins hinder the answering of the Du`a, and deprive the sinner from means of subsistence; whereas, acts of obedience facilitate making a living. Allah, The Almighty, says in the Holy Quran: “And for those who fear God, He (ever) prepares a way out. And He provides for him from (sources) he never could imagine.”{At-Talaq/2-3}.
• My wife afflicted with Lupus erythematosus which is a very rare disease; yet, at the time being she is pregnant and doctors are of the view that pregnancy forms high risk over her life and might cause death. As we are Muslims thanks to God, we won't make abortion save after having Fatwa from you. Kindly help us.

Abortion is permissible if it was confirmed that the existence of the fetus within his mother's Belly might cause her certain death.
Therefore, abortion is permissible if the above conditions were met. And Allah Knows Best.
• Is it permissible for someone to make a supplication to Allah to marry an already married, or an engaged woman?
No, it isn`t, and the person who does so is sinful before Allah, The Almighty.
• What is the ruling on Qonot Du`a(supplication) at dawn prayer?
It is a confirmed Sunnah, and whoever leaves it should perform Sujood As-Sahw (prostration of forgetfulness).
