What is the ruling if someone wipes his head then shaves it - must he repeat it?

One of the conditions for tayammum is that it be with pure, clean dust (soil). The sleep of one whose buttocks are not firmly seated on the ground invalidates ablution. Whoever wakes up and wants to pray must perform ablution only. If the total duration of these blood-tinged discharges reaches a day and a night (24 hours) or more, it is considered menstruation.
