Is the Aqeeqa due on the newborn in case of dying almost a month after the delivery?

There is no harm on authorizing someone to handle the expiation of another to the poor and needy, since Shafiee's jurists stated that authorizing someone for the purpose of distributing Zakah, expiation and vow is permissible as stated in [Mughni Al-Muhtajj,vol.3/pp.237]. Modesty should be observed by the woman at all times, so she is free to use her phone while on the street as long as it is done within the limits of Islamic manners. And Allah The Almigty Knows Best.

A woman`s prayer isn`t invalidated if non-Mahrams saw her offering it, but she had better pray in isolation.
