An Example of Lawyer`s Work in Claiming Traffic Accidents` Compensations Being a lawyer, I was delegated with a case involving the injury of my client because of a traffic accident. The court ruled that she gets a compensation; part of which is to be paid by the insurance company and the rest-jointly and severally-by the car`s owner and driver. However, the owner suggested covering the whole amount under the condition that I carry on with the case to the end and give him back whatever amounts I manage to collect through court.
