After reviewing the car sale contract application form issued by Good Wings Association in which -
a copy of the contract is attached within it- it is quite obvious that there is no Sharia violation within the above contract; accordingly, it is a valid one stipulated that Sharia obligations are observed by both parties; besides, the accountability of the correct implementation pertaining to contract lies on the shoulders of people in charge of the above association.
It is worth noting that what been stated in (Article 13) as regards transferring the debts of a client to a third party." They must be adjusted in accordance to the actual cost in order to avoid dealing in usury. And Allah, The Most Exalted, Knows Best.
