Question :

What is the ruling regarding the clear watery discharge out of vagina after performing Ghussul(Ritual bath)? And should I remake Ghussul ? And does liquor seminis invalidate ones ablution and is Ghussul required in this case as well?

The Answer :

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds, and may His peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all of his family and companions.
The ruling of Sharia in this case depends on the fluid discharged after making Ghussul as follows:
1. If you(Questioner) easily identified the liquor seminis whether if it was discharged out of you or your husband , in this case, you are obliged to remake your Ghussul since the reason for that occurred once again.
2. If you couldn’t identify the watery discharge then you aren't required to make Ghussul since it might be a pre-seminal fluid or vaginal discharges, but you are obliged to perform Wudu(Ablution) in order to be on the safe side especially if you had orgasm while having the sexual intercourse. And Allah knows best.
