Question :

What is the ruling on subscribing to the Social Solidarity Fund of Customs' Employees? 


The Answer :

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of The Worlds, and may His peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all of his family and companions.


After deliberating with the people in charge of the aforementioned Fund and writing down a few notes on the system running it, it was found out that they have literally done all the required adjustments.


Therefore, Iftaa Department has issued letter No.(1/1/11/486) on (11/6/2012) addressing Customs Director General clarifying that there is no harm in subscribing to the Fund based on the latest revised version. And Allah the Almighty knows best.
