Specifications for Submitted Research Papers
1- The number of pages of the research paper should not exceed (30) pages, including figures, diagrams, and tables.
2- The researcher should attach their curriculum vitae (CV) and academic biography with their research, clearly stating their place of work, academic rank, precise specialization, and most important research. They should also attach an abstract of the research in both Arabic and English, with a maximum of (250) words. The abstract should include keywords and the essence of the findings.
3- The research paper should be computer-typed in Simplified Arabic font, size (14) normal for the main text, and the same font size (12) for footnotes placed at the end of the research, sequentially ordered according to their appearance in the main text.
Documentation Method:
A- Quranic Verses: After the end of the verse, the name of the Surah (chapter) and the verse number are placed between square brackets. Example: [Al-Imran: 13].
B- Noble Prophetic Hadiths: They are documented by referring to the original Hadith collections, stating the book, chapter, and Hadith number if possible. Example: On the authority of Aisha, she said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The most beloved deeds to Allah the Almighty are those that are done regularly, even if they are few." Muslim, Sahih Muslim, Book of the Prayer of Travelers and its Shortening, Chapter on the Virtue of Permanent Deeds Like Night Prayer and Others, Hadith No. (218).
C- Books: Textual quotations or paraphrased material are documented with sequentially numbered references at the end of the research as follows: the full name of the author and their date of death (AH/CE) in parentheses followed by a comma, then the title of the book (printed in bold) followed by a comma, then the name of the editor or translator if any followed by a comma, then the place of publication followed by a comma, then the name of the publisher followed by a comma, then the date of publication with the edition in parentheses, then the volume number if any followed by a comma, then the page number. Example: Muhammad ibn Abd al-Karim al-Shahrastani (d. 548 AH / 1153 CE), Al-Milal wa al-Nihal, edited by: Amir Ali Muhanna and Ali Hassan Fa'our, Beirut, Dar al-Ma'rifah, 1998 (7th ed.), vol. 1, p. 118. If the book is mentioned again, it is documented in an abbreviated form: al-Shahrastani, Al-Milal wa al-Nihal, vol. 1, p. 341. Finally, a list of sources and references should be attached at the end of the research.
D- Scientific Periodicals: Documentation is done as follows: full name of the author of the research followed by a comma, then the title of the research followed by a comma, then the name of the periodical (printed in bold) and its place of publication followed by a comma, then the volume number and issue number followed by a comma, then the date of the issue followed by a comma, then the page number. Example: Azmi Taha Al-Sayyed Ahmad, The Scientific and Ethical Objectives of the Meanings of Allah's Most Beautiful Names According to Al-Ghazali, Al-Manara Journal for Research and Studies, Al al-Bayt University, Vol. (10) No. 1, 1994 CE, p. 45.
E- Manuscripts: Documentation is done as follows: the full name of the author followed by a comma, then the full title of the manuscript (printed in bold) followed by a comma, then the manuscript number followed by a comma, then the location of the manuscript, then the page (or folio) number, indicating whether the quotation is taken from the recto (front) or verso (back) using the symbols (w) for recto and (z) for verso, respectively. Example: Ibn Hajar al-Asqalani (d. 852 AH / 1449 CE), Dhail al-Durar al-Kaminah, manuscript no. 649, al-Taymuriyyah Library, folio 54 (recto).
