There is no sin in purchasing goods-which are difficult to count or can`t be counted because of their large number-wrapped in closely pressed packages by the kilo, even if the specifications of the items inside these packages differ. This is to make sales transactions easier for the people and observe customary practice to prevent dispute or conflict between sellers and buyers. Some scholars mentioned that piles of clothes were sold without indicating their number of specifications, if they were hard to open and count, paving the way for the customary practice of selling bales unless this led to dispute, and gambling.
