A person performed Umrah during the Hajj season, returned to his/her country passing the Miqat, and later came back to perform Hajj. Is he/she called Mutamatti (the person performing Hajj-ul-Tamattu) and liable for offering animal sacrifice due in this type of Hajj (Hajj-ul-Tamattu)?

I want to work in Makkah for a month and I intend to perform Hajj while there; should I assume Ihram(ritual consecration) from the Miqat or from my dwelling place?

Should a pilgrim who leaves for Hajj by plane put on his Ihram clothes aboard when passing over the Miqat, or is it sufficient to make the intention to assume the Ihram when passing over the Miqat and put on the Ihram clothes upon reaching the hotel?

We stayed in Makkah during the three days of Tashreeq, and didn`t spend the night of any in Mina. On the Day of Eid, we stoned only Jamrat Al-A`qabah, and authorized our father to stone the rest on our behalf during the remaining days of Tashreeq, so he threw at eleven thirty pm of the second day, and at twelve o`clock of the third. What is the Sharia ruling in this regard?

What is due on me if I want to go back to perform Umrah?
