Some shops sell products by installments, through banks, with same price of cash to encourage people to buy from them (Shops). I have visited one of these shops and was told that this transaction is conducted through a Ju`alah contract and that the bank takes nothing from the customer. Rather, it takes a commission from the merchant. What is the ruling of Sharia on this transaction?

Is it permissible to take brokerage fees for helping someone to borrow a certain amount of money from someone else, knowing that the borrowed amount is to be paid off without any addition?

A friend of mine has asked me to do him a favor, so I contacted the company where I used to work. As a result, they offered him a preferential rate, and gave me 10% as a commission. What is the ruling on taking that commission? should I tell my friend about it or give him some of it?

What is the ruling of Sharia on the agreement which a company`s staff provident fund concluded with an agency that provides Hajj and Umrah services. The agreement stipulates that the company`s fund receives a commission in exchange for every staff member it sends to seek the services of that agency, provided that the company settles all the costs(of Hajj or Umrah) on his behalf. In terms of Sharia, is it valid to classify this transaction as Ja`aalah(conditional payment)?

A staff association pays tuition fees on behalf of its members through what is called "Ju`alah contract." This association concludes an agreement with some schools whereby it registers the children of its staff members, there, according to the following criteria: 1- The school grants a discount on the tuition fees to students registered through the association. 2- The association commits itself to paying all tuition fees on behalf of the students registering through it. 3- The value of the fees is collected from the salaries of the association`s staff members as one payment or by monthly installments without any increase. Moreover, the members get the full benefit of the tuition discount, even if they paid by installments, while the association receives a commission in exchange for every student it registers in the school. What is the ruling of Sharia on this?

I have signed six checks for someone against merchandise; each for a thousand JDs. However, he tricked me and didn`t send the merchandise as agreed, so a close relative of his pledged to bring the checks in return for two hundred JDs. I stipulated that this relative signs a check for me with the amount of six thousand JDs as a guarantee. What is the ruling of Sharia on this?

Some shop owners sell commodities to tourists for more than their real price in order to pay commission to the tour guide. What is the ruling of Sharia on this commission and is this cheating or not? 

By virtue of having connections on different levels, I help people get whatever goods they need for a price lower than that which they could get on their own. Is it permissible for me to receive a commission or a percentage from the seller without telling the buyer about that? It is worth pointing  that I take full responsibility before both parties in the event of a dispute. 

As the owner of a real estate office, customers usually deputize me to sell their property and agree that I take whatever extra amount I manage to make in case I sold it for a higher price. This is of course in addition to the customary 2% commission that any real estate office normally collects. Is that extra amount, which the buyer isn`t aware of, permissible?
