Islam is a just, comprehensive religion covering all aspects of a Muslim`s life and whoever learns the rulings of Sharia realizes their rights and obligations, but whoever turns their back to this religion is at loss both in this life and the next. As for women`s and children`s rights regarding inheritance, this subject is taught in school textbooks. However, if the heir is a minor or hasn`t reached the age of puberty, then the Islamic judge keeps his wealth with the Orphans Fund Development Foundation until he/she becomes responsible and disposes of his/her property as he/she likes.
